You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days bookings are non refundable because each cohort has a limited number of places and late cancellations prevent others from joining. If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your place to another person or move to a future cohort, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 14 days before the cohort begins. If a session is missed no partial refunds will be given, but session recordings will be provided. In the rare event that the cohort is postponed or cancelled by us you will be offered a full refund or a place in the next available cohort.
