- CISRS COTS (Operative Training Scheme): The mandatory 1-day entry point for all new starters and laborers.
- CISRS Part 1: The foundation course for trainee scaffolders (requires 6 months of site experience).
- Basic Scaffold Inspection (SITS): A 3-day intensive course for managers and supervisors responsible for statutory 7-day safety inspections.
