As you follow the winding path inward, you’re invited to release what no longer belongs to this next chapter. Arriving at the center, there is space to listen, breathe, and open to clarity. Walking the path back out becomes an embodied act of envisioning and stepping into what you’re calling in.
After the labyrinth walk, we settle into a guided meditation, supporting you in grounding your insights, softening the nervous system, and gently planting seeds of intention for the month ahead. No experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and be present.
This is not a performance or a dramatic ceremony. It’s a warm, welcoming, and deeply human way to honor the beginning of a new cycle - to feel supported by the land and to reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.
