During this hour long outdoor meditation experience, you will learn more about the significance of the lunar cycle and the role it plays in assisting you in your personal and spiritual growth, with special emphasis on the new moon.
You will be guided through a special meditation to clear your energy from the last lunar cycle, listen to your heart's desires, get clear about your intentions, and lovingly plant the seeds that you will nourish through fruition through the next 28 day lunar cycle.
I will guide you through a new moon meditation ritual that lasts between 20-30 minutes on this first day of the new lunar cycle.
