Sheila Williams Baby Massage 5 week course

This is a friendly and welcoming small group baby massage course suitable for babies who are not yet crawling.
The sessions follow the International Association of Infant Massage 5 week course. The 90 minute sessions allow time for a calm and relaxed session where parents can tend to their babies needs whilst learning a new skill and enjoying special time with their baby. It is recognised that the needs of babies will needs will change thought the sessions and anticipated that they may cry, sleep or feed according to their individual needs.
We start by with a demonstration of baby massage strokes for legs and feet in week one and building to a full massage by week five.
There is time for related discussion and theoretical information as well as supportive chat over homemade cake and cuppa.
