A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you will be immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by my gong, Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, chimes and other percussion instruments that replicate the sounds of natures. There will be a yoga mat for you to lay, or sit, on while I play. I recommend you bring with you a blanket and pillow/cushion so that you are warm and comfortable.
