At Sign and Bloom, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent in our refund and cancellation process.

Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding cancellations and non-attendance.

1. Cancellations by Attendees More than 7 Days Before the Session: If you cancel your booking more than 7 days prior to the scheduled session, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another session, subject to availability.

Less than 7 Days Before the Session:
Cancellations made within 7 days of the session are not eligible for a refund. However, you may request to transfer your booking to another session, subject to availability.

On the Day of the Session:
Cancellations made on the day of the session are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

1. Non-Attendance If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notification, no refund or transfer will be issued.
2. Cancellations by Sign and Bloom In the unlikely event that Sign and Bloom cancels a session, attendees will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their booking to another session.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
   We recognise that unforeseen emergencies may occur. If you cannot attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible at jaycon@live.co.uk
   Refunds or transfers in these cases will be considered on a discretionary basis.

4. How to Cancel or Request Changes
   To cancel your booking or request a transfer, please contact us at jaycon@live.co.uk with your booking details.
   We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring smooth operations for all attendees.
