At SK ACADEMY, workshop places are limited to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants. The following policy applies to all workshop bookings:
Cancellations by Participants
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the workshop date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation request.
Transfers
Subject to availability, bookings may be transferred to another workshop if requested at least 7 days before the original event.
Transfers requested within 7 days of the event cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations by SK ACADEMY
In the unlikely event that SK ACADEMY must cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to a future workshop.
Illness or Emergencies
In cases of illness or emergency, SK ACADEMY may offer a partial refund or credit at the discretion of the principal, provided notice is given before the workshop begins.
Non-Attendance
No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance without prior notice.
This policy ensures fairness to all participants and helps maintain the quality and organisation of SK ACADEMY events.
