In the Arms of Nature, Autumn Unfolding is a sacred one-day retreat devoted to somatics, spirituality, and feminine embodiment. This is a space to soften, slow down, and come home to your body. You’ll be held in nourishing practices including movement, breathwork, yoga and somatic rituals — all designed to guide you gently inward. Share a beautiful seasonal foods with soul-hearted women and sink into the soft power of letting go. This is your ceremony of self-return — rooted, embodied, and deeply sacred.

This is a retreat for women who don’t need more “shoulds” or expectations. It’s for those who crave something real, something grounding, something that simply feels… f***ing awesome.

Autumn Embodiment Practice
Together, we breathe within the trees starting with a grounding breathwork practice, slow flow yoga and intuitive movement to the elements. Expect varied tunes and deep drum beats.
