Swim Barn – Cancellation & Ticket Transfer Policy

At Swim Barn, all bookings are non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change, so if you are unable to attend your booked session, you can transfer your ticket to another available session instead.

Ticket Transfers

• Tickets can be transferred to a different available session up to 12 hours before your original session starts.
• To transfer your booking, simply visit our booking system and select ‘Manage My Booking’.
• All transfers are subject to availability.
• Transfers cannot be made within 12 hours of the booked session.

Cancellations & Refunds

• No refunds or credits will be issued for customer cancellations, missed sessions or non-attendance.
• If you cannot attend, it is your responsibility to transfer your booking before the 12-hour deadline.
• Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions for last-minute cancellations.
• If Swim Barn cancels a session, you will be offered a refund or an alternative session.

By completing your booking, you agree to our cancellation and ticket transfer policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
