Cancellation Policy
As we use an external supplier for freshly prepared food, we have to confirm numbers in advance.
More than 7 days’ notice: a full refund will be given. If we have already ordered materials/food specifically for your booking, we may deduct these non-refundable costs.
Between 7 days and 72 hours’ notice: we can offer either a transfer to a future workshop date, or a refund only if your place can be filled from our waiting list.
Within 72 hours of the workshop start time: unfortunately no refunds can be given.

Cancellation by the Workshop Host
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to illness, emergency, severe weather, or situations beyond our control), we will notify all attendees as soon as reasonably possible.
Workshops also require a minimum of 4 attendees to run. If this minimum number is not reached at least 7 days before the workshop date, we reserve the right to cancel the session. In this case, all booked attendees will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future workshop date.
Where a workshop is cancelled by the host for any reason, attendees will be offered either:
a full refund, or
the option to transfer their booking to a future workshop date.
If a new date is offered, it is the attendee’s responsibility to confirm whether they wish to transfer to the alternative date or receive a refund. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we will follow up before processing a refund.
We will make every reasonable effort to contact attendees promptly using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
