Tiny Town Limited – Refund Policy
At Tiny Town, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be fair while ensuring our sessions and events run smoothly for everyone.
Public Play Sessions
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another session provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice and subject to availability.
Missed sessions without notice are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If Tiny Town must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
