Booking & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve tried to keep our policy as fair as possible.

• Bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your session by emailing twolittlebirdiesplaycafe@gmail.com.
• Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable, as your space has been reserved and cannot usually be filled at short notice.
• If you can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Where availability allows, we may be able to transfer your booking to another session at our discretion. Transfers are not guaranteed.
• If Two Little Birdies Play Café has to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to another available session.
