Varsha is a wellness trainer and mindfulness and yoga teacher. She teaches well-being programs in the workplace, sessions in her local community and events such as Yoga Show, International Yoga Day on top of the Shard and Diwali in Trafalgar Square. Her sessions are fun, interactive and calming.
