Refunds cannot be issued for classes or workshops once a purchase has been made. You can however transfer your ticket. To be eligible to transfer your ticket to another event:

1) You must transfer the ticket 3 hours prior to the start time of the event.

2) Every individual is responsible for managing their own ticket transfers. I.e. We cannot do it for you.

3) You must transfer your ticket to another event of equal or lower value.

4) Should a class or special event be cancelled by us you will have the option to have your ticket transferred or refunded.

5) Exceptional circumstances may be considered for workshops / courses / block bookings but this will be on a case by case basis. E.g. In the event of long term illness, injury or pregnancy.

Retreats and other special events will have different cancellation / transfer policies so please check individual events for these.
