• Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session — Santa’s helpers need time to get everything ready!
• Each ticket includes playtime, crafts, treats, and a gift
• Optional snack plates can be added when booking or purchased on the day.
• All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Limited space for prams can be parked in our entrance area.
• Please let us know in advance about any allergies or dietary needs.
• Photos with Santa are welcome — just be mindful of other families. 📸
• Our café will be open for festive drinks, sandwiches and traybakes during your session.
