CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
WEEKLY CLASSES:
Classes cancelled by THE STUDENT with MORE THAN 24 hrs notice may be transferred to another class at the student's request.
Classes cancelled by THE STUDENT with LESS THAN 24 hrs notice CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR TRANSFERRED (the class is 'lost' - late cancellation means the teacher is unlikely to fill the place at short notice).
Classes cancelled by THE TEACHER - if the student has paid for a class which has been cancelled by the teacher the booking/payment will be automatically transferred/credited to the following week's class. If preferred the student may request a refund instead - please contact your teacher directly.
SPECIAL EVENTS/WORKSHOPS:
If the student cancels with MORE THAN 1 WEEK'S NOTICE of the event start time the full fee will be refunded.
If the student cancels with LESS THAN 1 WEEK'S NOTICE of the event start time no refund will be issued.
If the teacher cancels the event the student will receive a full refund.
In some cases a deposit may be required - if the student cancel's the deposit will not be refunded. If the teacher cancels any deposits paid will be refunded.
