You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the event and receive a full refund.

You may transfer your ticket to another event up to 24 hours before the event.

If you have to cancel on the day due to exceptional circumstances you may be able to transfer or offer your place to another person.

You will not receive a refund if you do not cancel your place or inform me in time.

I reserve the right to cancel an event if booking numbers are low or due to circumstances such as illness.
