You are warmly invited to join Gentle Gaia Yoga with Katy and Kate for an afternoon of gentle, chair based yoga, deep relaxation, crystal singing bowl soundbath, mulled wine and mince pies. Take time out before Christmas to allow yourself to be still, and care for your wellbeing.
Please bring your yoga mat if you'd like to lie down for relaxation, blanket and cushion. If you plan to stay seated, you might like a blanket to keep cosy during relaxation.
