Well Woman yoga retreat "Winter Warmer" Sat 5th December 2026

Take a day out to join Kate for a day of nourishing, nurturing yoga at lovely Monks Cottage, with a women's day retreat. An opportunity to join together in our circle of belonging. Nothing to do. Nowhere to go. A day of connection, kindness and mutual support.

Our theme for the day is "Winter Warmer" - we will be considering how our yoga practice can support our immune system, whilst enabling us to rest and let go.

1000 - 1015 - arrivals and a cuppa
1015 - 1130 - introductions; gentle, mindful movement; breathwork; meditation
1130 - 1200 - breaktime
1150 - 1315 - standing poses; dynamic sequences - winter warming techniques !
1315 - 1400 - lunchbreak - please bring your own lunch
1415 - 1530 - restorative yoga; yoga nidra, waking up ! Eye exercises; stretches; goodbyes

Please bring all your yoga gear, and two pillows, two cushions, two blankets and an eye mask if you have one.

Snacks and drinks are included, but please bring your own lunch.
