Menopause yoga classes are a great way to support women through the menopause and into the post menopause years. For women only.
Classes held at St Bridgets and on Zoom
No yoga experience is necessary - just a willingness to give it a go !
We have a different theme each week. Each class is aimed at raising awareness of menopause, whilst exploring ways in which yoga can help women to cope with the symptoms.
Please book your place here, and then send payment to Wirral Menopause Community CIC - details on booking confirmation email.
Book in for the four week course at £20. If you know you can't attend all dates you can book individual classes at £7 each. If you are experiencing financial hardship you are welcome to attend for free.
13th Nov - easing back pain
20th Nov - problematic periods
27th Nov - joint pain and arthritis
4th Dec - pelvic floor health
Kate has been teaching yoga since 2004, and menopause yoga since 2020.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and cushion. Wear comfy clothes. Bring anything else you need to be comfortable.

Once you've booked in please send payment to Wirral Menopause Community CIC. Payments and bookings non transferable and non refundable. The course is £20, or pay what you can if experiencing financial difficulties. If you can only come to 1 or 2 classes pay £7 per class.
