This one hour yoga class will be focusing on strength and flexibility drills to practice inversion postures like pincha and handstand. We will warm up with a strong flow followed by play. This class is welcome to all levels, it is highly recommended that you can easily get up and down from the floor. modifications will be offered so there will be no pressure to perfect any of the advanced poses ✨
