Crystal Glow Sound Bath & Deep Yoga Nidra

Join Kelly for a deeply relaxing evening designed to help you completely switch off, restore your energy and reconnect with yourself.

The session begins with a gentle guided Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep"—a powerful meditation practice that encourages deep physical, mental and emotional relaxation while you rest comfortably.

As you relax, you'll be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, creating a beautiful Crystal Glow Sound Bath. The calming frequencies help quiet a busy mind, ease tension and promote a wonderful sense of peace and wellbeing.

This experience is suitable for everyone. No yoga experience is needed, and there is nothing to achieve—simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to rest.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing. Mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows are provided, although you're welcome to bring your own favourite blanket or cushion for extra comfort.

No previous experience is needed—just come with an open heart and a willingness to slow down.
