Yin yoga is a slow, passive, introspective practice that uses time and
gravity (longer holds in postures) to target the deeper connective
tissues of the body (e.g. the joints, tendons, fascia) and bring about
a sense of calm and deep release to both the body and mind. Think
cosy, peaceful, wholesome vibes with candles, blankets, twinkling
lights and warming chats (aka a perfect Friday night in!)
The evening will include a short guided meditation, a 60-minute
floor-based yin practice, and a deep guided relaxation by candlelight,
with time for chai and chats to finish.
Doors will open 15 mins before class - feel free to come anytime from then to sign in and settle into the space.
Mats and props are provided.
