Details

A free taster class suitable for all ages and abilities, to celebrate National Iyengar Yoga Day! Props (blocks, bricks and belts) and mats are provided and used to make postures more accessible to students.

Instructions

Please wear something you can move comfortably in, we practice yoga in our bare feet.
