Arrive from 5.45pm to get settled in, we'll start at 6pm

🧘‍♀️ Are you ready to unwind and rejuvenate? Immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath that will elevate your mind, body, and spirit! 💖

Experience the healing power of sound as we gather in a nurturing space filled with crystal and Himalayan metal bowls, gongs, Drums and Chimes. Let the vibrations wash over you, releasing stress and inviting peace, relaxation and tranquility. 🌊🌌

Whether you're new to Sound and/or meditation or have a regular practice, these sessions are perfect for you! Everything is provided all you need to bring is You and an open heart and mind💕

We'll take time to connect with our heart energy ~ creating a powerful intention/ desire to find freedom and healing from our emotional and physical distractions by mindfully crafting the perfect environment for this to take place (Like the perfect storm) We'll allow the soothing and transformative vibrations of sound support us on your wellness journey. Bring your favourite blanket/pillow and anything else to make you comfortable as we move the body gently and then sink into the bliss that is soothing soundscape ~ Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls - gong and drum and gentle percussion and chimes

What to expect

I'd like you to have no expectations and to simply enjoy the experience, with curiosity and an open mind and heart.

We'll take time to settle into our space with some guided pranayama practices to release any tension and prepare our physical body (anamaya kasha) for relaxation. Buffalo Drum, Himalayan & Crystal Bowls will move us into deep relaxation by encouraging our brain wave state to shift into relaxation & meditation mode (Alpha/Theta brain wave states) to find healing rest on the edge of deep sleep. We'll continue our Journey with Gongs and Drums to help to balance and release any unwanted energies. Introducing chimes, rain stick & wave drum plus other instruments to reframe and support our return to a fully conscious state.

Finally we'll repeat some gentle breathwork/movement to ground us ready for our onward journey home. Whilst this session is not intended to be Healing or Therapy you may find these are the resulting benefits

Intention

f you have a specific challenge in your life at the moment that you would like to focus on then please consider an intention. Intention, framed in a positive way and in the present moment + sound frequency can produce amazing results so why not take the opportunity (as Einstein says, the magic is in the mysterious!).

The key is to move from Problem to Possibility & be specific about what it is you do want then state your intention in the present moment. How to reframe a challenge into an Intention, some examples below:

  • pain, for instance when walking, you might reframe that into an intention of "I move freely and with ease creating space for healing"
  • stress generalised at home/work, you might reframe that into an intention of "I am relaxed, I release tension and find peace in every moment"
  • overwhelm (at home/ work), "I am organised and calmly focusing on one thing at a time" no time for self care - "I prioritise my wellbeing and have time for small acts of kindness to myself"
  • lack of sleep - "I rest peacefully and wake renewed and fresh for the day ahead"
  • relationship challenge - "I am focusing on my actions, words and mindset with love and kindness finding mutual understanding and respect"

You don't need to have an intention

my mantra is normally "not everything has to mean something" but if you want to super charge your sound experience then Intention is certainly one way to do that

What to Wear

Anything that is comfortable for you to find relaxation - PJs are always a lovely option 😊

What to Bring

Let's keep hydrated - Water is provided but do bring a water bottle if you prefer
Bring yourself and an open heart & mind. Everything is provided for you (inc a small blanket and bolster) but do bring your favourite blanket/ quilt/ teddy!/ pillow - extra layers are good for this time of year - and anything else to make you warm and comfortable as we sink into the bliss that is soothing sounds and stillness

Laying down or Seated (Floor or Chair or Other)

This is your special evening so you can choose to snuggle down on your mat (with cushions and blankets) or remain seated, on your mat or choose the comfort of a chair - if you prefer to use a chair let me know and I'll make sure that you have everything you need set up and ready. You may choose to bring a comfy recliner chair from your garden maybe? This is your time so anything that makes you feel comfortable is welcome (ideally it will be no wider than a yoga mat) 😊
