Very gentle & slow chair yoga, suitable for older folks, if you have an injury or need a much slower pace of yoga. We'll practice breathing, mindful movements and relaxation.
A lovely group and space to meet with others. We enjoy a cup of tea and cake after some of the classes too.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and pillow (if you will be practicing some of the class from the floor). Wear loose, comfy clothes e.g. leggings/vest.
