A flowing, nourishing moon salutation practice where we soothe our minds and bodies. A Moon Salutation sequence, or Chandra Namaskar, is a gentle, cooling yoga flow that honors the energy of the moon, often practised in the evening to promote calmness and introspection. Unlike the energising Sun Salutation, it emphasises lateral movements and balance, aligning with the moon’s reflective, feminine qualities.
Join Steph for a beautiful hour which will include moon salutation sequence followed by a deeply relaxing meditation called Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is known as yogic sleep and is used to balance the mind, body and self.

This class is beginner friendly and suitable for those who haven’t experienced a yoga class before, as well as seasoned yogis.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring layers. We’ll provide you with a blanket, bolster, blocks and eye pillow but if you’d like anything else, then please feel free to bring.
