Academy Programs & Multi-Week Programs

Once a program has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable.
Where a program is cancelled by JK Goalkeeping, an appropriate replacement session, credit or refund will be provided.
Individual Sessions, cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be transferred or credited.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will result in the session being forfeited.
If JK Goalkeeping needs to cancel a session, the session will be rescheduled or a full credit/refund will be provided.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Goalkeeper training is conducted outdoors and sessions may occasionally be affected by severe weather, unsafe ground conditions or circumstances outside our control.
If a session needs to be cancelled, JK Goalkeeping will provide a rescheduled session, credit or refund where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
