Refunds can not be given for bookings once completed. Refunds cannot be given once a course has started. Refunds cannot be given for missed classes. Please check course dates carefully before booking to ensure that you are able to attend.
If Jellypose has to cancel or rearrange a class, refunds will be offered if an alternative suitable date is not available.
Jellypose reserves the right to cancel classes, for example due to low numbers or technical problems such as no electricity.
