Sacred Balance: Autumn Equinox Sound Ceremony

Details

Join us for a soul-nourishing sound bath to honor the Autumn Equinox — a sacred time of balance, reflection, and release. Falling Leaves, Rising Spirit is a 2-hour immersive experience designed to guide you inward with the rhythms of the changing season.

As nature lets go of summer’s brightness and turns toward stillness, we invite you to do the same. Through crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and grounding Earth tones, this session will help you release what no longer serves, restore inner harmony, and reconnect with the quiet strength within.

Expect gentle guidance, restorative soundscapes, and space to reflect on your own inner harvest. Whether you're new to sound healing or returning to deepen your practice, this evening offers a moment of calm and reconnection during the seasonal shift.

🍂 No experience necessary
🧘 Bring a yoga mat, blanket, journal (optional), and an open heart
🌕 Herbal tea & seasonal grounding ritual included

Let go. Breathe deep. Rise renewed.

What is Sound Therapy?

Healing through sound brings the physical body, mind and soul into a state of natural balance and harmony.

This is achieved through the use of specific vibrational sound frequencies which can be created by the voice (chanting, singing or toning), Tibetan bowls, gongs or tuning forks, for example.

The application of these sound frequencies along with the intention of healing, creates a space in which the health and wellbeing of a person can be supported.

How does it work?

Sound in any form is essentially a source of energy and we know that the Universe and everything within it is energy or vibrating matter.

Every organism, object and every part of the human body is made up of vibrating particles, which vibrate at their own unique frequency.

The frequency at which something most naturally vibrates is called resonance.

All the cells in our body are sound resonators so cells share resonance to form an organ, and every organ will respond as a group to particular sound vibrations just like all the different instruments which make up a beautiful sounding orchestra.

How does it help me?

When we are experiencing dis-ease its like our bodies are “out of tune”.

The good news is that the human body is made up of over 70% water, which makes it an excellent conductor of sound.

Furthermore, it’s not only the physical body and it’s various systems that are affected by sound – emotional, mental and the spiritual states of consciousness can all be supported, strengthened and balanced through sound and resonance too. for a booking page
