Jenny Yoga Skipton

Jenny discovered Ashtanga yoga in her early twenties and quickly developed a love for inversions – especially standing on her head! After qualifying as a fitness instructor in 2015, she went on to become a partner in a fitness studio, teaching HIIT, strength training with kettlebells and weights, as well as qualifying as a Stretch & Flexibility Coach and Yoga Teacher.

Over the years, Jenny's approach to movement has evolved. While she still enjoys building strength, she has also discovered the value of slowing down. Inspired by fellow teacher and best friend Claire from Balanced Life.

Jenny's classes are welcoming, supportive and suitable for most abilities, combining strength, mobility, flexibility and relaxation to help you move well and feel your best.

Refund policy

All classes must be booked and paid for in advance through the online booking system.

If you are unable to attend a class, please let me know as soon as possible.

More than 24 hours' notice: Your payment will be transferred to another class of your choice, subject to availability.
Less than 24 hours' notice: Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund or transfer, as your space has been reserved specifically for you.
No-shows: If you do not attend your booked class without notifying me, the class fee cannot be refunded or transferred.

Thank you for your understanding. This policy helps me keep class sizes manageable and ensures I can continue offering small, welcoming yoga classes.
