This is an open air production and, as such, we are at the mercy of the elements. Tickets are non-refundable in the event of cancellation because of the weather but may be transferred to another venue. In no circumstance will the event be cancelled prior to the advertised start time.
While we will make every effort to complete each show, we reserve the right to stop and start the show as necessary. We will not delay the start of a show by more than 1 hour.
Shows will only ever be cancelled or abandoned in the event of bad weather, where such weather is deemed by the management to pose a health and safety risk for the performers.
If the show is cancelled for any other reason than the weather, only the face value of the ticket is refundable. This excludes booking fee. Ticket returns will only be accepted in the event of a sold out show, in which case we will make every effort to re-sell the ticket.
