Refund policy
A) You may transfer your booking for a Session (excluding Courses, Workshops or Taster Sessions), without charge, up to 5pm on the day before the date of the Session that you have booked.
B) You may also cancel your booking for a Session up to 5pm on the day before the date of the Session (excluding Courses, Workshops or Taster Sessions). If the session was purchased using a Pass, we will refund your pass with a class credit for the cancelled Session, which you can use to rebook a future Session. If the class was purchased through Pay-as-you-go, you will not receive a refund however you will be able to transfer your ticket once.
C) If you book onto a Session after 5pm on the day before the date of the session, you are not entitled to change or cancel.
D) You may cancel your booking for a Course, without charge, up to 72 hours before the start of the first Session. You will need to email hello@jigandaswig.co.uk up to 72 hours before the course start time to confirm cancellation and request a refund. Courses will not be refunded if cancelled after the 72 hour period. In exceptional personal circumstances, 50% of the course cost (price at the time of booking) may be refunded if requested between 72 hours and the course start date in writing by email to hello@jigandaswig.co.uk, at the discretion of Jig and a Swig.
E) Workshops and Taster Sessions cannot be refunded. You may transfer your ticket once, via your personal account, up to 5pm on the day before the Workshop or Taster Day start date, to a Session with the same value or less. Transfers are subject to availability. Credit is not available.
F) Booking Fees and Stripe Fees will not be refunded when the customer has requested a refund.
