Did you know that what we eat and our eating habits has a direct impact on how we feel? If you would like to learn more whilst taking part in a cook-along, then this workshop is for you.
In this 45 minute online workshop you will cook along a simple, quick and easy meal with Becky from SimpliciB whilst taking away lots of great tips to make small food changes that will have significant impact on how you feel.
This cook along is suitable for everyone. SimpliciB's mantra is to make cooking simple, easy and enjoyable so don't worry if you're not cooking a lot at the moment. She will discuss versatile ways of cooking to empower you to 'make YOUR food, YOUR way'

Becky founded SimpliciB in 2020 when people were panic buying food and she wanted to help people have nice, home cooked food without wasting food. She continues this mission by delivering food education and awareness workshops. She empowers people to have the confidence to cook and eat nice meals no matter their time, budget or skill.

Cook-a-long with SimpliciB - Food and Female Health
In October's cook-a-long, Becky at SimpliciB will be taking us through cooking a curry, highlighting how the ingredients can positively impact our health. Please see below ingredients to have to hand ready for your session:
Ingredients –
3 chicken breast (can replace with Tofu or Prawns)
1 tin of chopped tomato’s
1 onion
4 mushrooms
A handful of spinach
Curry powder (chose your spice)
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper
1 garlic clove
Thumb size piece of ginger
If you don’t like any of the veg listed above, replace with a vegetable you like.
You will need -
A Chopping board, a cutting knife, a frying pan, a wooden spoon or spatula and a tablespoon.
