To help us manage class numbers and fairly compensate our facilitators, the following refund policy applies to all Kamispace classes and workshop bookings:
7 or more days before the session - full refund or credit to your account
3–6 days before the session - 50% refund, or full credit to your account
Unfortunately cancellations are not available for bookings cancelled 48 hours before a workshop.
Cancellations by Kamispace:
If we cancel a session due to low enrolments, facilitator illness, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or credit for your workshop. We will notify you as early as possible.

Term classes:
Term class enrolments are confirmed and held upon payment of the full term fee. Withdrawals made before the term begins will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee. Once a term has commenced, refunds are not available for missed sessions. If you need to withdraw mid-term due to medical reasons or exceptional circumstances, please contact us. We will review these on a case by case basis and may offer a pro-rata credit for remaining sessions. Credits do not carry over between terms. If a class or workshop is cancelled due to facilitator illness or unavailability, you will be notified as soon as possible. Where a replacement facilitator cannot be arranged, a make-up class will be offered or credited to your account.
