A soothing and restorative Yoga Nidra to honour the month that’s been. This guided journey encourages reflection, release, and gratitude as you unwind into deep rest.

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative practice that guides the body into complete relaxation while the mind remains gently aware, helping to balance the nervous system and access the subconscious mind.

Together we’ll close the chapter mindfully through journaling, acknowledging growth, letting go of what’s no longer needed, and creating space for what’s next.

A gentle pause to reflect, renew, and realign before the new month begins.

ABOUT EMMA COVENTRY:
Emma is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher trained in vinyasa, yin, ashtanga, children’s yoga, and prenatal yoga. She brings a thoughtful and creative approach to her teaching, weaving yoga philosophy into themed practices that encourage students to connect with body, breath, and mind.

With a background in teaching, Emma creates a supportive space for all to experience the benefits of yoga in ways that are accessible and meaningful. Her classes often blend meditation, breathwork, and reflection, guiding students toward a deeper sense of awareness and presence.

Emma sees herself as both a teacher and a student, continually exploring her own practice and sharing that journey with others. Her intention is always to hold space where people can feel calm, connected, and inspired on and off the mat.

A few reminders:

  • Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session to allow time to settle down, and in case you have any questions beforehand for the teacher, you will get them answered. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join the session.
  • On arrival, sanitiser provided and if you are new to studio, you will be required to fill a consultation form.
  • Kanga Studio provides yoga mats and props if you require them
  • There is limited parking, we encourage you to use Uber or public transport where possible.
  • There is a bathroom on site, and storage available for your belongings during your session
  • The studio mats, props and studio will be sanitised and disinfected after each session

COURSES, EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

Refunds:

  • For events and workshops, a full refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date.
  • For courses, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days unless accompanied by a doctor's note stating you cannot attend.

Exceptions for Refunds or Studio Credit - Refund or studio credit will be issued if:

  • The workshop/course is sold out and there is a waiting list.
  • The workshop is cancelled by the studio.
