Kanga Yoga is an energetic, alignment-based flow practice that offers a devotional journey through breath, sound, and movement to awaken the body and mind. Inspired by the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, Swami Sivananda, and Yogacharya Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois, Kanga Yoga emphasises precise alignment, music, and breath to help explore the intricacies of one's being. Each class adapts to the unique needs of its students, embracing diverse body types and energies. Through this personalised approach, students can discover balance and well-being. As postures are held with unwavering precision, discomfort fades, the mind finds ease, and energy channels are opened, igniting a vibrant flow within. Rooted in the principles of Ayurveda, Kanga Yoga nurtures wellbeing by helping students maintain balance in their physical and mental energy, supporting their overall health. Kanga Yoga brings the body and mind into balance, preparing practitioners to transcend the physical, connect with their spirit, and embrace the radiant source within.
Prior asana experience is needed. These sessions are donation based.
