This is a FREE EVENT to find out more on the 2024 Yoga Teacher Training Course. There will be the opportunity to listen to a talk on Yoga and Ayurveda, trial a Kanga Yoga class, hear about the teacher training course, and ask questions on the course and teachers. People of all levels and abilities are welcome to join.
1.00 PM – Introduction on Yoga & Ayurveda
1.30 PM – Kanga Yoga Taster Class
2.45 PM – Training Course Information, Questions & Answers
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session to allow time to settle down, and in case you have any questions beforehand for the teacher, you will get them answered.
On arrival, sanitiser provided and if you are new to studio, you will be required to fill a consultation form.
There is plenty of parking available at Ikigai.
There is a bathroom and toilet on site, and storage available for your belongings during your session
