ABOUT EMMA BONNICI

Since 2006, Emma has journeyed across India, Africa, and the UK, immersing herself in Ayurvedic studies. Through this exploration, she embraced the art of tailoring teachings to individual body types and doshas. Emma perceives the dynamic shifts in our energy based on our surroundings, seasons, and lifestyle. In her classes, she keenly attunes to the students' energies, infusing elements of yoga and music. Teaching with enthusiasm, care, and meticulous attention, Emma offers robust encouragement and support. Drawing on knowledge from her studies and personal practice, she is dedicated to enhancing lives through Yoga & Ayurveda. Inspired by mentors at Sivandana Kutir ashram, the Yoga Study Centre, Patanjala Yoga Kendran, and Tattvaa Yogashala, Emma frequently returns to Rishikesh for ongoing learning. She now guides annual Kanga Yoga Teacher Training courses, workshops, and retreats globally, both in-person and online.

Instructions

Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session to allow time to settle down, and in case you have any questions beforehand for the teacher, you will get them answered. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join the session.

  • On arrival, sanitiser provided and if you are new to studio, you will be required to fill a consultation form.

  • Kanga Studio provides yoga mats and props if you require them

  • There is plenty of parking available at Kanga Studio within the compound and on the grass outside the gate

  • There is a bathroom and toilet on site, and storage available for your belongings during your session

  • The studio mats, props and studio will be sanitised and disinfected after each session
