ABOUT ANN;
Ann is a lifelong dancer trained in ballet and she had been leading trainings and retreats across the globe for over a decade. She created a signature practice that combines deep presence, with empowering speech through intelligent sequences that move you into new dimensions of your being.
Her expertise is inclusivity and to challenge everyone -whatever their practice ‘level’- to connect with their true inner (hidden) power. Come and experience this deeply energizing , yet peaceful practice for yourself or reach out if you have any questions !
Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session to allow time to settle down, and in case you have any questions beforehand for the teacher, you will get them answered. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join the session.
On arrival, sanitiser provided and if you are new to studio, you will be required to fill a consultation form.
Kanga Studio provides yoga mats and props if you require them
There is plenty of parking available at Kanga Studio within the compound and on the grass outside the gate
There is a bathroom and toilet on site, and storage available for your belongings during your session
The studio mats, props and studio will be sanitised and disinfected after each session
