Saturday, 28 February '26   4pm – 5:30pm EAT
Ikigai, Peponi Road, Nairobi

Details

Some practices ask you to be still to find calm.
Drumming lets calm arrive through expression.

DRUM & LET GO is a guided, rhythm-based experience that helps release stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with yourself.

Through simple drumming games, shared rhythms, and moments of reflection, we shift from mental noise into ease, presence, and connection.

No musical experience needed.
Just rhythm, presence, and space to let go.

ABOUT SATYEN RAJANI
Satyen Rajani — Founder of SĀT Wellness

Satyen is a wellness facilitator with over 23 years of experience in personal growth, breathwork and mind-body practices. His approach blends ancient wisdom with modern insights to help people feel more energised, connected and alive.

Through his signature method, The Ukābrā Way, Satyen guides participants to shift their inner state, gently and powerful, using accessible tools like breath, rhythm and mindfulness. Alongside the practices, he shares timeless wisdom about life and the mind in a way that is clear, relatable and easy to apply.

While these classes focus on one core pillar, state-shifting, The Ukābrā Way is a deeper path of growth that also supports balance, clarity and conscious action across all areas of life.

A long-time student of great spiritual teachers, Satyen is known for his calming presence, uplifting energy and ability to create deep connection in a group setting. He has led wellness programmes for individuals, schools and corporates, and is now excited to bring his signature group experience to the Kanga community.
