ABOUT OLASTYLE STUDIO:
Lorine Otieno by the name Ola is a Kenyan Visual artist, art educator, Ceramicist and founder of Olastyle Studio, a creative space where artistry meets emotional well-being. With a background in Fine Art and Design, and years of experience teaching in both mainstream and special education settings, she blends technical skill with a deep understanding of art as a healing practice.

Her work spans pottery, Fine Art, and handcrafted creations, with a signature focus on hand-building pottery that invites participants to slow down, connect with their senses, and create with intention. Through Pottery & Sip experiences, custom ceramic commissions, and inclusive art workshops, Lorine offers spaces where creativity becomes a tool for mindfulness, self expression, and connection.

Passionate about accessibility in the arts, she has worked extensively with children, teens, and adults of diverse abilities, including neurodivergent learners, ensuring that her sessions are sensory friendly, engaging, and empowering. Her approach emphasizes process over perfection, encouraging participants to embrace experimentation and celebrate their unique creative voice.

At the heart of Lorine’s work is a belief that art is for everyone and its not for decoration only, it is a bridge between people, a language for emotions, and a source of personal renewal. Whether shaping clay, drawing, or guiding a class, she creates experiences that leave lasting impressions, both in art and in the heart.
