After exploring the lungs and the space of breath, grief, and opening — in June we move upward into the throat.
The throat is where breath becomes expression.
It’s the bridge between our inner world and the outer world — connected to voice, truth, emotion, communication, and the nervous system.
This session will explore the soft organs of the throat and neck:
the voice, thyroid, jaw, tongue, airway, and the pathways through which we speak, swallow, hold back, and express ourselves.
Through breathwork, gentle movement, sound, and guided awareness, we’ll explore what happens when this area softens and opens.
No experience needed
Suitable for beginners and regular breathers.
Come exactly as you are.
