Come let your breath dance… Enter an active meditation journey of deep release and reconnection with the ancestral wisdom of the body, held within the theme of Balance and Transformation. Driven by powerful celebratory African and Sufi medicine musics which communicate directly to the body, breath, and soul. As well as live sound healing with Native American flute, buffalo drum, and voice.

Trauma informed, and supported by immaculate quality essential oils, palo santo, white sage, and big love. A preparation guidance PDF of mindset and physical approach is sent upon RSVP. Integration guidance and support is provided afterwards.

ABOUT NATHAN FALLOU:

Child of a yoga teacher, and adoptive son & final collaborator of UNESCO “Living Human Treasure” Sabar drumming master Doudou Ndiaye Rose. 2 decades resident of Senegal and Morocco, directly immersed and initiated in the ceremony traditions of the musics you will experience.

A few reminders:

  • Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session to allow time to settle down, and in case you have any questions beforehand for the teacher, you will get them answered. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join the session.
  • On arrival, sanitiser provided and if you are new to studio, you will be required to fill a consultation form.
  • Kanga Studio provides yoga mats and props if you require them
  • There is limited parking, we encourage you to use Uber or public transport where possible.
  • There is a bathroom on site, and storage available for your belongings during your session
  • The studio mats, props and studio will be sanitised and disinfected after each session

COURSES, EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

Refunds:

  • For events and workshops, a full refund will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date.
  • For courses, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days unless accompanied by a doctor's note stating you cannot attend.

Exceptions for Refunds or Studio Credit - Refund or studio credit will be issued if:

  • The workshop/course is sold out and there is a waiting list.
  • The workshop is cancelled by the studio.
