Based near Dereham we offer aquafit classes for all ages and abilities.
Our teachers are Level 2 Certified Aqua Instructors and are also Level 2 Qualified in Poolside Safety.
Water fitness has many benefits. Almost anybody can attend a session as everyone can work to their own ability and within their own fitness level. Exercising in the water is less stressful on the body because buoyancy helps to reduce the impact. The water offers good support for the body, so is suitable for people with injuries or minor health conditions. As water covers the submerged part of the body, the participant cannot be seen by the other members of the session, so any lack of co-ordination and body awareness is not a problem!
