Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be transferred to another session unless agreed directly with Karrie. For course bookings, missed sessions are non-refundable. If a class is cancelled by the organiser, a refund or alternative date will be offered.
