Payments are non-refundable, except in the event that sessions are cancelled by Keen2Go. Bookings made either for online or offline payment will both be subject to Keen2Go's cancelation policy. Cancelations made 3 weeks in advance of a booked session will result in payment being returned as credit for future sessions.
