You don’t have to be an experienced yogi to reap the benefits of pregnancy yoga. The postures are simple and suit any fitness level. Best of all, you’ll meet other mums-to-be at your classes.
Recommended over 12 weeks into pregnancy before starting.
All classes will be face to face at our new practice at 80 Kirkland, opposite the Kendal Parish Church. A recording of each class will be made available for 1 week following the face to face class.

The ticket allows you to attend a weekly hour long Yoga class over a 6 week period. Tickets are non transferable and non-refundable
