Getting Started
1. Sign up by selecting Log In at the top-right corner of the page. Signing up allows you to easily view and manage your bookings.
2. Select your classes by navigating to the SCHEDULE section on the main booking page. Add the classes you want to attend to your basket. Use the filters to display only the classes that interest you. If booking for multiple attendees, be sure to select a slot for each person.
3. Review and confirm your selections by clicking the basket icon at the top of the page or selecting View Selections. Once you're satisfied, click Book Now to proceed.
4. Enter attendee details for yourself and any additional participants, if applicable. The system will save your information for future bookings.
5. Complete payment by proceeding to checkout and finalizing your purchase.
Class Bulk Discounts
- 8 Tickets: £4 off (equivalent to £9 per ticket)
- 12 Tickets: £9 off (equivalent to £8.75 per ticket)
- 16 Tickets: £16 off (equivalent to £8.50 per ticket)
- 20 Tickets: £25 off (equivalent to £8.25 per ticket)
- 24 Tickets: £36 off (equivalent to £8 per ticket)
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I view my bookings?
You can manage your bookings from your Account Dashboard. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the page and select Account to see your upcoming and past bookings.
What if I need to cancel or change a booking?
If you can't attend a class, you can transfer your ticket to another class that fits your schedule. To do this, go to Account Settings, find your event under Upcoming Events, and select Manage. Choose Transfer to see the available classes and pick a new one.
How far in advance can I transfer a class?
You can transfer a class up to two weeks in advance, as many times as you need.
What if I can't attend a class due to illness or unforeseen circumstances?
You can transfer a class up to one hour before it begins. If you're feeling unwell, please transfer and rebook a different class at your earliest convenience.
What if my child and I are attending the same class?
If you and your child are attending the same class, simply add two tickets to reserve slots for both of you.
How far in advance can I book classes?
You can book classes up to 35 days in advance.
